The staff is phenomenal. I enjoy their friendly staff, everyone is like a family. And the personal touch of the owners/partners greetings and follow up walk through is an absolute pleasure to all their guests. From ur arrival to you departure , this hotel has the most amazing staff I have ever experienced in any stays East coast to West. It's like coming home for a visit when u leave u don't wanna go. We look forward to every visit. Thank u to all the staff at the knights Inn SIERRA VISTA AZ. , this property deserves the highest rating and best business practices award. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked great. The ac I did feel at times didn’t blow cold hard enough but maybe that’s because it was over 100 degrees outside

Friendly staff who does everything they can to forfill requests. Love the fact the office has a store packed full of reasonably price products. Better stocked then the convenience store across the street.

We stayed here many times over the years when we used to live in Sierra Vista. The people are really nice rooms are really clean and it’s affordable.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Helped me with a phone charging problem by giving me a used cord. Also had a well stocked fridge with meals to heat in the room’s microwave.

Your Asst. Manager Victor went beyond his call of duty are room was not cooling very well because it was over 100 degrees outside so he took it upon himself to get us a fan i was impressed and will surely stay again you need people like him with a customer service attitude please let him know he was great and I won't forget that thank you to all the rest of the staff also.
